Nengi Omuku's 2022 painting Still Life is included in Watering a Black Garden at OSCAM - Open Space Contemporary Art Museum, Amsterdam.
The exhibition is curated by Larry Ossei-Mensah and is a collaboration between Art Noir, an NYC based cultural platform that supports artists of colour and OSCAM - Open Space Contemporary Art Museum in Amsterdam. The exhibition is on view until 6 May 2026.

Nengi Omuku (b. 1987, Nigeria) lives and works in Lagos, Nigeria. She received her BA (2010) and MA (2012) from the Slade School of Art, University College London. In 2026, Omuku will have her first institutional solo exhibition in the US at de Young Museum, San Francisco, and will present her second solo exhibition at Pippy Houldsworth Gallery, London.
