Fadojutimi's work included in group exhibition 'Mixing It Up: Painting Today'

On display at the Hayward Gallery until 12th December is the group exhibition Mixing It Up: Painting Today, curated by Director, Ralph Rugoff. Bringing together 31 artists who live and work in the UK, the exhibition presents the breadth of possibility of the medium of painting.

 

On view are works by Jadé Fadojutimi from throughout her career to date. Works include an early painting from the artist's own collection, When Teddy Left (2017); Jellyfish is a preferable state of mind (2018), previously exhibited at Dallas Museum of Art, Texas; and Cavernous Resonance (2020) which was part of Fadojutimi's recent solo exhibition, Jesture, at Pippy Houldsworth Gallery (2020).
